“CHARGISTHAN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to the CHARGISTHAN business and its affiliates, as applicable.

We provide EV charging hardware, installation and commissioning services, software and network services, and related support.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt our systems, or use our content in a way that infringes rights or violates applicable laws.

Any information on this website (including specifications, images, and pricing examples) is provided for general guidance and may be updated. A binding sale or service agreement is formed only when we confirm in writing (for example via a signed contract, purchase order acceptance, or invoice/proforma acceptance) and receive any required advance payment.

Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for a limited period and are subject to stock availability, site feasibility, and the scope defined in the quote.

Product specifications may vary by model and may change due to engineering improvements, supply constraints, or regulatory updates. Where a specification is important to you, please confirm it in the final quote or contract.

You are responsible for selecting products that fit your use case (home, fleet, workplace, public charging, etc.). We can recommend configurations based on the information you provide.

Installations must comply with applicable electrical and safety regulations. For safe operation, chargers must be installed by qualified technicians/electricians and commissioned according to our instructions.

Typical site prerequisites include: suitable mounting surface, adequate electrical capacity, earthing/grounding, appropriate protection devices (e.g., MCB/RCD as applicable), stable connectivity where required, and safe access/clearances.

If a site is not ready, or work is delayed due to factors outside our control (permissions, civil work, power upgrades, trenching, third-party approvals, etc.), timelines and costs may change.

If you use CHARGISTHAN charging services (including at public or semi-public locations), availability depends on station uptime, connectivity, grid supply, and maintenance. Session pricing, access rules, and station availability may vary by site and may change over time.

You must follow on-site safety instructions and use compatible connectors/vehicles. Misuse (including unsafe handling of cables/connectors) may result in session termination and/or suspension where permitted.

Some products and services rely on software features such as monitoring, load management, reporting, user access control, RFID/app access, and remote diagnostics. These features may depend on network connectivity and third-party services.

If you create an account or receive credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

Our website content, software, branding, logos, product documentation, and designs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them without our written permission, except where allowed by law.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

EV charging equipment involves high electrical power. Always follow installation manuals, on-site instructions, and safety warnings. Do not use damaged connectors, cables, or equipment.

Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated conditions.

These conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Rajasthan, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
