This policy applies to information collected through our website, contact forms, communications, on-site visits, installations, support interactions, our software/portals, and charging services operated or supported by CHARGISTHAN.

If a particular program, partner, or deployment has additional privacy terms, those terms will apply in addition to this policy.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver products and services, schedule and perform installation/commissioning, provide software access, operate charging services, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.

We also use information to improve product reliability and safety (including diagnostics and quality analysis), to meet legal and compliance obligations, to prevent fraud and misuse, and—where permitted—to send service updates and marketing communications.

Where applicable, we process information based on: (a) performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (e.g., quotes), (b) compliance with legal obligations, (c) our legitimate interests (e.g., improving reliability, security, and service), and/or (d) your consent (e.g., certain marketing and optional cookies).
