We currently operate via inquiries and quotes (not online checkout). This page explains how sales, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for our products and services.

How purchases work (no online checkout)

We do not currently accept online checkout orders on this website. To purchase products or services, you contact us for a quote. A sale is confirmed only after we accept the order/contract in writing and receive any required advance payment.

Typical payment methods

  • Bank transfer (invoice/proforma invoice)
  • Cash / cheque (where permitted)
  • EMI / financing (subject to availability and partner terms)

Quotes, scope, and timelines

Quotes describe the agreed scope (hardware, installation, software, charging services, training, maintenance, etc.). Unless stated otherwise, quotes are time-limited and subject to availability and site feasibility.

Delivery and installation timelines can change due to factors such as site readiness, permissions, power upgrades, logistics constraints, and external dependencies.

Deposits and advance payments

Some projects require an advance payment or deposit to confirm procurement, scheduling, or reservation of equipment. The quote or contract will specify payment milestones.

If a deposit has been applied to procure or reserve specific equipment or resources, it may be non-refundable (in whole or in part) if you cancel after confirmation. We will always communicate the refundability terms in the quote/contract.

Cancellations and rescheduling

For site visits, installation, or commissioning appointments, cancellations or rescheduling may incur costs (for example, technician travel, reserved time, or third-party bookings). Any applicable charges will be shared before confirmation or included in your quote.

Refunds (where applicable)

Refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times depend on the payment method and banking partner timelines.

Refund terms for charging services (such as wallet balances, prepaid credits, or subscription fees) may vary by program, site, or partner arrangement and will be shared in the applicable service terms.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If you receive an item that appears damaged or incorrect, please notify us promptly with photos and details. We will assess and, where appropriate, arrange repair/replacement or a suitable resolution consistent with applicable law and the agreed contract terms.
