Use this channel to report concerns about misconduct, safety, fraud, or compliance. We review reports confidentially and do not tolerate retaliation.

Purpose
CHARGISTHAN is committed to ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in everything we do—from manufacturing and installing EV chargers to operating software and charging services.
This Ethics Channel is available to customers, partners, vendors, contractors, and employees to raise concerns in good faith.
What you should report
- Bribery, facilitation payments, or unethical business practices
- Fraud, theft, conflicts of interest, or misuse of company assets
- Safety hazards involving EV chargers, installation practices, electrical work, or site operations
- Data privacy or security concerns (unauthorized access, mishandling of personal data, account abuse)
- Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct (where applicable)
- False claims, misrepresentation to customers/partners, or document tampering
- Suspected violations of applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations
When to use Support instead
If you need technical help (faults, troubleshooting, commissioning issues, or warranty support), please contact support via care@chargisthan.com. The Ethics Channel is for concerns about misconduct, compliance, or serious risks.
Non‑retaliation
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. If you believe you have experienced retaliation, report it immediately through this channel.
Confidentiality and anonymity
We will handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible and share information only with people who need it to review and address the concern.
You may submit a report using your name and contact details, or you may request confidentiality. If you choose not to provide contact details, our ability to investigate may be limited.
How to submit a report

Subject line suggestion: “Ethics Report – [Category]” (e.g., Safety, Fraud, Compliance, Data).
What to include in your report (recommended)

What happens after you report
We review incoming reports and assess severity, safety impact, and compliance risk.
Where appropriate, we may request more information, initiate an internal review, or involve relevant experts (for example: safety, engineering, legal, or compliance).
We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable time, but response timelines vary depending on complexity and the availability of information.

Please provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly false or malicious reports may be addressed appropriately.
